FALL INTERSESSION

SEPTEMBER 23RD - 26TH
8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

This is a great opportunity for your child to gain the required academic skills that were misssed, either in the past or during the first quarter.  Classes will be held at Southgate Academy.  Bus transportion is available for students who regularly ride the bus. 

If you would like to have your child attend or need information please stop by our main receptionist desk to pick up Intersession Enrollment Parent Permission Slip.

School Spirit Week August 19th - 23rd

Student Government would like to encourage 7th - 12th grade to participate in this week's events:

Monday - Career Day - Dress for success!!!

Tuesday - Super Hero Day - Dress as favorite hero.

Wed. - Nerd Day – Explore diversity!

Thurs. - Twin Day - Pair up and dress alike.

Friday - School Colors Day - combination of our school's colors: Blue, Orange, and Green.

We hope everyone participates and supports this activity as our Gator Football Team plays their first game of the season on Friday.

GATOR ASSEMBLY - SPECIAL GUEST

We are pleased to welcome the Tooth Fairy to our Gator Celebration.   The Tooth Fairy will be educating our students on appropriate dental care as well as inviting them to join our mobile Dental Clinic in September at the Southgate Academy Campus.     Do not miss out on the fun!!

GATOR SPIRIT DAY- Friday, August 2nd

 Wow! Our August Spirit Day is already here! We will be helping kick off the Gator Football season with a Sports themed day. Your child is welcome to wear their favorite jersey, uniform, or appropriate sports themed clothing to school (jeans are allowed). The Gator Football team will be making an appearance at our Gator Assembly.

Family Event

Time:    12:00- 4:00 pm

Where:  Southgate Academy

Come and Join us for a fun filled afternoon including the Hot Rod Car Show, The Drop - Dance Crew, music with HOT 98.3 Radio station, Food vendors, and FREE Prizes!

Who: Any K-6 student who is registered for the 2013-2014 school year 
Students must register by May 31, 2013. 

Cost will be $10.00 per trip. Transportation to/from Southgate included. 
Students will bring their own sack lunches.
